RelationLens finds the business contacts already in your employees' Outlook and Gmail mailboxes and sends Marketing only what each employee approves. Nobody sees a contact before the employee does.
Built for GDPR. Turn hidden contacts into revenue.
RelationLens finds the business contacts already in your employees’ Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mailboxes, shows each one privately to the employee who owns the relationship, and sends Marketing only what that employee approves. Released contacts are delivered to HubSpot, deduplicated by work email, or exported as a spreadsheet.
Before release, a contact is readable by exactly one person: the employee whose mailbox it came from. Not Marketing, not their manager, not IT, not an administrator and not the vendor. Unreleased contacts sit in a physically separate store that every other read path refuses. Marketing sees counts and ageing only. Sensitive correspondence with human resources, unions, occupational health and legal is never read, and unreviewed contacts are deleted after ninety days.
An estimated $1.1M of annual benefit per $100M of revenue, a 16.6x net return over five years after every cost, and payback in four months.
RelationLens is employee approved contact discovery. It finds the business contacts already in company mailboxes every night, shows each one privately to the one employee entitled to see it, and sends Marketing only what that employee releases. It grows the marketing database from relationships the company already has, with nobody typing a contact by hand.
No. Before release, a contact is readable by exactly one person: the employee whose mailbox it came from. Not Marketing, not their manager, not IT, not an administrator and not illuminis. This is enforced by a physically separate store in the database, not by hiding fields on a screen. Marketing sees only how many contacts each employee has waiting and for how long.
It is built around the position that survives a European data protection review. Under GDPR, a script that pulls data straight out of employee mailboxes is employee monitoring, and an employee's consent to their employer is not treated as freely given. RelationLens follows the norm people already use when they forward an email: the employee approves what is shared, line by line. Sensitive categories are never read, unreviewed contacts are deleted after ninety days, and every action is logged.
A weekly digest email lists the contacts found in their own mailbox. Each one has four one tap choices, with no sign in: share with Marketing, edit and share, set aside, or remove permanently.
RelationLens is built by illuminis. It was designed from day one to meet European data protection standards for employees.
