Four Moves Before Every Step

PrismRoute is the decision CompletionPrism™ makes before each step of every request. It chooses one of four moves:

• Route down: same result, less cost, no added rework
• Route up: higher call cost, less rework, lower cost to finish
• Stay: switching would not reduce rework or total cost
• Stop: another attempt is not worth the rework or cost

Why Four Moves Matter

Most routers only route down. Routing up when a stronger model costs less to finish is where the rework saving comes from, and staying protects the discount on long conversations.
