Enterprise accounts managing more than 25,000 SKUs or operating more than 25 locations may be offered custom contract terms that include volume pricing, dedicated infrastructure allocation,and enhanced SLAs.

• Professional tier: For businesses managing 1,000 to 10,000 SKUs, includes all Starter features plus advanced analytics, custom reporting, dedicated onboarding,and a named Customer Success Manager
• Enterprise tier: For complex operations with 10,000 or more SKUs, custom contract terms, priority support SLAs,and dedicated infrastructure options

Data Portability and Cancellation

Upon cancellation, all customer data remains accessible in the platform for 60 days following the subscription end date, allowing ample time for data export.
