How Are Rework Savings Measured?

Against your own baseline: fourteen days of real traffic measured before anything is rerouted, with every figure labelled observed or estimated.

Against Your Own Baseline

Before anything is rerouted, CompletionPrism™ measures fourteen days of real traffic: what each request cost and how often an answer was rejected, retried or escalated. That baseline is the number every later saving is compared with.

The Saving

Rework savings are the difference between the baseline and what the same kind of work costs once routed. Rework minutes are estimated by task type and priced at the labor rates the company sets, or, inside a vendor's product, from retries, rejections and escalations.
