What Happens to Existing AI Logs When We Adopt InferTrust™?

InferTrust™ does not replace your existing logging infrastructure. It adds a cryptographic layer alongside it. Your current logs, dashboards, and observability

Coexistence, Not Replacement

InferTrust™ is additive. It does not require you to remove, modify, or migrate your existing logging, monitoring, or observability infrastructure. Your application logs, APM dashboards, model monitoring tools, and data pipelines continue to operate as they do today.

What InferTrust™ adds is a parallel, cryptographically signed record for each inference event. This record exists alongside your standard logs but carries a fundamentally different property: it is tamper-evident. Any modification to the record after signing is mathematically detectable.

When You Need Both

Standard logs remain valuable for operational purposes: debugging, performance monitoring, and system health. InferTrust™ records serve a different purpose: legal defensibility, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Most organizations will use both, with standard logs for day-to-day operations and InferTrust™ records for compliance and evidentiary needs.
