Reading a message body to take a signature block, for a job title or phone number, is a separate permission that stays off until you turn it on. When it is on, the body is read in memory only, then discarded.
A configuration with no message body access at all is fully supported.
Internal mail, human resources, unions, occupational health and legal are excluded before anything is read. See RelationLens.
